2007 Cynosure Elite ELMD

The Cynosure Elite ELMD is a dual wavelength system that combines 755nm and 1064nm to effectively treat all skin types for laser hair removal, vascular and pigmented lesions and wrinkles. This aesthetic device comes with spot sizes 3mm-15mm which provides versatility when performing different procedures. Switching between wavelengths during a treatment session is easy with this cosmetic laser and can be completed by the push of a button. This is the second generation of the dual wavelength line from Cynosure, which is an upgrade from the less powerful Elite ELNL. The Elite ELMD is also typically used with a separate cooling unit to enhance the comfort level for patients.
