The Cynosure Elite+ is a dual wavelength system that combines 755nm and 1064nm to effectively treat all skin types for laser hair removal, vascular and pigmented lesions and wrinkles. This top of the line system comes with spot sizes 3mm-18mm with a potential upgrade option of 20mm-24mm, which provides versatility when performing different procedures. Switching between wavelengths during a treatment session is easy with this cosmetic laser and can be completed by the push of a button. Additionally, you are able to increase pulse durations up to 300ms to meet optimal thermal relaxation time. The Elite + is also typically used with a separate cooling unit to enhance the comfort level for patients.
